Terms & Conditions — Dallas Electricals

Written estimates are based on information available at the time of the visit and are valid for 30 days. Quotes cover only the items listed; drywall/paint, patching, cabinetry, finish carpentry, and unexpected repairs are excluded unless expressly stated. Equivalent brands may be substituted if specified items are unavailable.

Customer agrees to provide safe access, parking, and clear work areas; secure pets/valuables; and approve temporary power shutdowns as needed. After-hours or expedited work may incur premium rates. Missed appointments or inaccessible sites may be subject to a trip fee.

A deposit may be required to schedule. Unless otherwise noted, payment is due at substantial completion. We accept standard payment methods; late balances may accrue fees. Materials remain property of Dallas Electricals until paid in full. Applicable sales/use taxes will be added when required.

Hidden issues (e.g., damaged/undersized conductors, aluminum wiring, water intrusion, code violations) discovered during work will be communicated and priced via change order or time-and-materials. Work pauses until written approval is received. Delays caused by third parties, utilities, or inspectors are not our liability.

All work is performed to NEC and local Dallas/AHJ requirements. When contracted, we pull permits and schedule inspections and, where required, coordinate with the utility. Customer agrees to sign any utility/permit documents and to be available for access on inspection day.

Additional Terms — EV, Solar & Site Work

Installations require a load calculation and dedicated circuit sized to the EVSE. Load management or a panel upgrade may be necessary. We mount equipment per manufacturer clearances. Wi-Fi/app setup requires customer network access; ongoing connectivity is the customer’s responsibility.

Utility PTO/interconnection timelines and net-metering terms are utility controlled. Production varies by weather, shading, and system design; no generation is guaranteed unless stated in writing. Grid-tied solar does not power loads during outages without a battery/backup inverter.

We call utility locates for public lines; locating private lines (sprinklers, low-voltage, private utilities) is the customer’s responsibility. Restoration includes workmanlike backfill only unless otherwise quoted. Asphalt/concrete cutting and finish landscaping are additional services if requested.

Dallas Electricals provides a 1-year workmanship warranty unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment. Exclusions include misuse, alterations by others, acts of God, pests, flooding, and surge damage where surge protection was declined. Maintenance plans are available upon request.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific work performed. Force majeure events may delay work without penalty. Cancellations/reschedules require reasonable notice and may incur costs already committed. These terms are governed by Texas law; venue is Dallas County. Questions? support@dallaselectricals.com.
